When is my CE completion reported to NMLS?
Your certificate is available right away — you can download it from your dashboard as soon as you finish the course. NMLS credit reporting is a separate, manual step: our team batches completed courses and uploads them to NMLS on our own reporting cadence, not automatically the moment you finish. Once your credits are reported and reconciled, you'll get a "credits reported" email confirming NMLS has your hours. If it's been a while since you completed and you haven't gotten that email, reach out to support and we'll check the status.
