Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials on the Catalyst Mortgage Solutions website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of a limited license — not a transfer of title — and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials for any purpose
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transmit the materials over any network for unauthorized purposes

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Catalyst Mortgage Solutions at any time.

Certain features — including courses, practice tools, purchases, and the community — require an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it updated
• Maintain one account per person and not share, sell, or transfer your account
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, compromises platform or exam security, or is used unlawfully. You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting Support; information may be retained afterward where required for legal, accounting, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our community features — including the forum, arcade, leaderboards, and profiles — let you post or display content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content; by posting it you grant Catalyst Mortgage Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the platform. User Content must not:

• Reproduce or disclose actual questions or content from the SAFE MLO exam or any other licensing examination — sharing live exam content violates the NMLS Rules of Conduct and is grounds for immediate account termination
• Be defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property or privacy right
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
• Contain spam, chain content, or unauthorized advertising or solicitation
• Contain malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform

We may remove or moderate User Content and restrict community access at our discretion, with or without notice. User Content reflects its author's views — we do not endorse it and are not responsible for it. To report content, use the in-community reporting tools or contact Support.

The materials on the Catalyst Mortgage Solutions website are provided on an "as is" basis. Catalyst Mortgage Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights. Catalyst Mortgage Solutions does not warrant that its website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Catalyst Mortgage Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages — including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption — arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Catalyst Mortgage Solutions website, even if Catalyst Mortgage Solutions or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on the Catalyst Mortgage Solutions website may include technical, typographical, or other errors. Catalyst Mortgage Solutions does not warrant that any materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Catalyst Mortgage Solutions may make changes to the materials on its website at any time without notice and does not commit to updating them.

Catalyst Mortgage Solutions has not reviewed all sites linked from its website and is not responsible for the content of any linked site. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Catalyst Mortgage Solutions. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, the websites of third-party payment processors referenced in our E-Commerce Policy.

All course content, materials, training guides, manuals, assessments, and other resources authored or distributed by Catalyst Mortgage Solutions are the proprietary intellectual property of Catalyst Mortgage Solutions, LLC. No course materials may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Catalyst Mortgage Solutions. Students and clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Catalyst Mortgage Solutions materials solely for their own educational or internal compliance purposes.

If you purchase an eligible PassSAFE plan, meet every requirement below, and do not pass the SAFE MLO National Test Component on your first official attempt after meeting them, Catalyst Mortgage Solutions will refund up to $110 (the standard national test enrollment fee) of what you paid for your plan. To be eligible, you must:

• Hold an eligible plan — PassSAFE Standard (90-day) or Extended (6-month). The Cram (7-day) plan, the standalone Practice Tests and Online Study Course products, and free or trial access are not eligible
• Complete your recommended PassSAFE Study Plan in full before your exam attempt
• Reach a PassSAFE readiness score above 85 before your exam attempt
• Sit for the SAFE MLO National Test Component within 30 days of your most recent sign-in to PassSAFE, while your PassSAFE access is active
• Make the attempt your first official attempt after satisfying the requirements above
• Submit your claim within 30 days of your exam date — through the Support page or by email to support@catalystpro.app — and include your official failing score report for that attempt

Guarantee refunds are capped at the lesser of $110 or the net amount you actually paid for your PassSAFE plan (after any discounts, coupons, or credits), are limited to one guarantee refund per person, and are issued to your original payment method. Extending your PassSAFE access does not restart or add a second guarantee. The guarantee covers the SAFE MLO National Test Component only — state test components are not covered. The guarantee terms in effect on your purchase date govern your purchase; we may revise them for future purchases.

Catalyst Mortgage Solutions may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Catalyst Mortgage Solutions operates. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website.
