Acme Mortgage, LLC (“the Company,” NMLS #123456) maintains this Compliance Management System (CMS) Framework to establish the standards, controls, and accountability by which the Company complies with all applicable federal and state requirements. This policy applies to all directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties acting on the Company’s behalf.
§2 · Statement of Compliance IntentThe Company is committed to conducting its business in a manner that protects consumers and upholds the integrity of the mortgage process.
